Privacy Policy

CoupleKudos is operated by QUIUBO PTY LTD (Australia). This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

Account details: your email address and a display name. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address and name from Google — never your Google password.

Household activity: the tasks you log, time in minutes, routine assignments, coverage of your partner's routines, points and reward claims.

Basic technical data: standard server logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

We don't collect payment details — no payments are taken today.

To create your account, keep your household in sync across both phones, show your balance and rewards, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your partner, once you link with an invite code, sees the household's tasks, hours, points and rewards. No one outside your household can see your data.

We use trusted service providers to host the app and its database. They store data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.

Data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure, which may involve servers outside Australia. Access is restricted by row-level security so each household can only reach its own records.

You can view and change your data in the app at any time. You can delete your account and your personal data from the account screen — this removes your profile, the tasks you logged, your coverage records and your reward claims.

You can also ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@couplekudos.com.

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account it is removed from our live systems, with routine backups cycling out shortly afterwards.

CoupleKudos is not intended for anyone under 16.
